The Art of Jewelry: Plastic & Resin

Lark Books seeks how-to project designers and images to feature in the gallery section of an upcoming publication, The Art of Jewelry: Plastic & Resin, scheduled for release in Fall 2008.

All jewelry forms others laminating, cold connecting, carving, constructing, thermoforming, molding, inlaying, and textile techniques commercial acrylic sheet and block, plastic resin, manufactured plastic forms, post-consumer or other repurposed plastics, and more. Fabricated metal jewelry with plastic and/or resin as a major component are also welcome.

Artists whose work is selected for inclusion in the gallery will receive full acknowledgment within the book, a complimentary copy, and discounts on the purchase of books. Artists retain copyright of their work. Lark accepts high-quality transparencies, slides, and digital images. No entry fee is required. Submissions must be postmarked by August 13, 2007.
